Situated on Trowle Common (a Doomsday book site) and once part of the Abbess of Glastonbury’s estate, the Moonraker Hotel was originally just a typical farmhouse.

It was altered to a genteel gentleman’s residence in 1700 to mirror the rebuilding of Bath in a country setting.

Dating back to 1500 with an aspect and design similar to Prince Charles house at Highgrove, The Moonraker has been lovingly restored to maintain its 500 year old history with fine antiques and rich fabrics.
