Matthew comes with over 10 years’ experience in some of the top UK kitchens.
He trained at River cafe and then honed his skills working for Heathcotes Restaurant where he was awarded a Michelin star.
“I am really excited to join the team at The Moonraker. I use the hotels kitchen garden to grow and much as possible and we are planning to put free range chicken and rare breed pigs in the 2 acre paddock.
I offer what i call farmhouse dining, using local ingredients to showcase some old fashioned classics. We have built a smokery in the hotel ground and now make our very one Moonraker Smoked Salmon”
