Come and spend a night at the Moonraker with our Gourmet Escape offer.

Arrive anytime after 2pm and check in to your superior room. If you fancy an afternoon trip then head over to Bradford on Avon which is perfect for a stroll around the cute shops, Tithe Barn and river Avon.

In the evening, head to our Milking Parlour Restaurant for Head Chef, Matthew Briddon’s 5 course tasting menu.

Matthew comes with over 10 years experience in some of the top UK kitchens. He trained at River Cafe and then honed his skills working for Heathcotes Restaurant where he was awarded a Michelin star.

 Matt says:

“I am really excited to join the team at the Moonraker. I use the hotel’s kitchen garden to grow as much as possible and we will soon have free range chicken and rare breed pigs in the paddock.  I offer what I call farmhouse dining, using local ingredients to showcase some old fashioned classics. We have built a smokery in the hotel grounds and we now make our very own Moonraker Smoked Salmon.”
