Food is at the heart of everything we do here. All our food is cooked from scratch; even our smoked fish and meat are carefully cured and smoked in our smokery by Head Chef Matthew Briddon. We are completely self-sufficient on herbs and use as any fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden as possible. We always use free range eggs and meat.
