Dinner Menu

Food is at the heart of everything we do here. All our food is cooked from scratch; even our smoked fish and meat are carefully cured and smoked in our smokery by Executive Head Chef Dean Toon. We are completely self-sufficient on herbs and use as any fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden as possible. We always use free range eggs and meat.

Pheasant terrine
Mulled wine jelly, pain d’epices, corn

Cured, tartar, smoked, radish, cucumber, capers & golden raisins

Breast, broad bean, salt baked beetroot, cassis

Confit of citrus cured loch duart salmon, marinated beetroot, squid ink cracker, horseradish & dill

Goats cheese
Cremeux, mousse, textures of beetroot


Breast, confit leg cigar,fondant,plum, wilted greens

Lamb breast and rump, jerusalem artichoke, parsnip, dauphinoise, wilted greens

Chicken wings, wild mushroom, salsify, carrot

Heritage carrots
Roasted , barley and wheat risotto, confit egg yolk puree, wild mushrooms

Beef, mature cheddar, smoked streaky bacon, gem lettuce, tomato, brioche bun, hand cut chips

Pan Seared Calves Liver
Mash, smoked streaky bacon, caramelised onion gravy
